On May 25, Ambassador of Romania Adrian Vierita attended the Romanian Festival organized by the “Holly Cross” Romanian Orthodox Church in Alexandria, VA. The event was a part of the efforts of building the new “Saint Andrew” Romanian Orthodox Church in Potomac, MD. More than 500 participants enjoyed the Romanian music and cultural program and had the opportunity to taste traditional Romanian dishes. The main moment of the festival was the concert performed by the famous Romanian Rock Band “Iris”.
